Jeremy joined FLBS in 2002. Prior to FLBS, he worked in Seattle, Washington, where he specialized in the integration and support of enterprise business systems across Windows and Unix environments at the University of Washington. His responsibilities included diagnosing and resolving infrastructure and system performance issues and providing end-user technical support within a large academic network.
At FLBS, Jeremy is responsible for the administration and maintenance of network and systems infrastructure. He also develops and maintains web-based applications that support research initiatives and operational workflows, ensuring integration between data systems and institutional processes. Additionally, he provides technical support, identifying and resolving issues to ensure reliable technology operations.
