Jeremy joined FLBS in 2002. Prior to FLBS, he worked in Seattle, Washington, where he specialized in the integration and support of enterprise business systems across Windows and Unix environments at the University of Washington. His responsibilities included diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues, optimizing system performance, and providing end-user technical support within a large-scale academic setting.
At FLBS, Jeremy is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of network and systems infrastructure. He develops and maintains web-based applications that support research initiatives and operational workflows, ensuring seamless integration between data systems and institutional processes. Additionally, he provides comprehensive technical support, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure reliable and efficient technology operations across the organization.
