A non-refundable application fee of
$30.00 is due at the time your application is submitted. Full payment is due by
May 31, 2017
. Payments may be made by credit card. FLBS
accepts Discover, Mastercard, or Visa.
If payment is not made by
May 31, 2017, your first choice of course selections
will be given to waitlist applicants. You may reapply, subject to an additional non-refundable application fee.
Minimum Enrollment Review
Classes may fill sooner than the application deadline, so early registration is important. Courses require minimum enrollment by
March 31, 2017 or may be subject to cancellation.
Cancellations received in writing before
May 24, 2017 will
result in refund, less the non-refundable application fee.
