FLBS Summer Program Registration

To submit a complete application, this site requires:

• Personal information, course selections, and preferences; a $50.00 non-refundable application fee; and several documents, including your transcripts and a medical history.

Cancellations received in writing before May 17, 2026 will result in a refund, less the application fee. Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund.
